Imām al-Būṣīrī
Egyptian Sufi poet (1213–1294). His Qasīda al-Burda — "Poem of the Mantle" — in praise of the Prophet (saww) became one of the most-recited and commented-on poems in the Arabic tradition; the form-defining naat for many centuries.
